• Giving a floor area (incl circulation and internal walls) of 213.8 m.
Giving a Gross Floor Area for Section A and B (including circulation, internal walls, stairs and lift) of 557.8 m.
Also:
• secure hard and soft play area 200 m;
• Sensory garden 100 m;
• 6 parking spaces.
• consultants are requested to note that, as per the project brief, the design team will be required to explore all possibilities (including the options mentioned in the brief).
