Please see attached project brief and schedule of additional accommodation.
In summary, the project will comprise:
• 7 x general classrooms 58.6 m each (5 to be prefab replacements),
• 2 x science labs, 88.6 m each,
• 1 x prep room 38.5 m,
• 1 x multimedia room 88.6 m,
• student and staff toilets 27 m,
• locker space 63 m.
Sub-total 831 m.
Giving a gross floor area (including circulation, staircases and partitions of 1 184 m).
