Architectural services for additional accommodation at St Canice's GNS, Finglas, Dublin 11. St Canice’s is a primary school under the trusteeship of the Catholic Archbishop of Dublin.
Please see attached project brief and schedule of additional accommodation.
In summary, the project will comprise:
• 9 x mainstream classrooms 80 m each (to replace six prefabs);
• additional toilets 19 m.
Giving a floor area incl circulation, staircases, lift and internal walls of: 1 076 m.
Also:
• demolition of existing six prefabs 480 m.
Interim temporary accommodation
• Please note: once appointed, the Design Team (DT) will be tasked with the provision of interim temporary accommodation.
