Please see attached project brief and schedule of additional accommodation.
In summary, the project will comprise:
• 2 general classrooms including WCs and storage 80 m each = 160 m,
• 2 classroom SEN base 343 m.
Gross floor area (SEN Base and General Classrooms) including circulation, internal walls and partitions = 644 m.
Also:
• other works to include removal of prefabs form site and make good disturbed areas.
