— senior urban designer/landscape architect,

— senior civil/structural engineer with experience of the design manual for urban roads and Streets (DMURS), traffic management and sustainable drainage (SUDS),

— senior quantity surveyor,

— senior mechanical and electrical engineer,

— project supervisor for design process (PSDP) services – (health and safety),

— support from suitably qualified conservation architect (Grade 1) (in relation to works in the vicinity of protected structures) and archaeologist (in relation to the zone of archaeological potential associated with the historic town),

— licensed archaeologist,

— chartered ecologist/environmentalist.
