The Central Bank intends to award one contract to each of the 2 highest ranked accredited SWIFT Network Partners to design/architect, provision, implement, operate and manage a leased line service. The Central Bank requires two (2) accredited SWIFT Network Partners to provide one (1) leased line at each of our data centre locations which are located in City West, Dublin 24 and Santry, Dublin 9 (‘Central Bank Locations’).
