Description of options:
Initially, the successful tenderer will be required to supply, install and commission required equipment. Following the expiry of a warranty period of 12 months’ duration, a support and maintenance contract of 4 years’ duration, involving the planned preventative maintenance of the installed systems, may be awarded as an option by the Contracting Authority. Moreover, the Contracting Authority reserves the right, upon the expiry of this support and maintenance contract, to award subsequent contracts governing the support and maintenance of the installed system, each of 12 months in duration, until the obsolescence of the system.
