Description of the procurement
The contract is for the supply, delivery and installation of office furniture for the new SFI office premises in Dublin.
The office area is circa 2 200 m net (on the 4 and 5 floors) in Three Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2 and comprise of open plan office space, cellular offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, canteen area, storage areas, services areas and ancillary office accommodation areas. The main building works (shell and core and CAT A works) are complete. The fit-out works are to be completed by mid August 2019 to allow occupation by SFI in September 2019.
Note: Furniture is required on site in mid-August 2019.
Approximate scope and quantities of furniture as follows:
โ 100 sit/stand workstation/office desks and associated cable management systems,
โ 100 task chairs,
โ 12 meeting room tables,
โ 100 meeting room chairs,
โ 60 assembly type chairs,
โ canteen tables, chairs and sofas,
โ reception area table and sofas.
It is emphasised that the above scope is provided for indicative purposes only as there is no guaranteed expenditure under the contract.
