The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced economic operator to undertake conduct a visual survey and inspection of the Contracting Authority’s premises (to include St. Joseph’s Hospital and Raheny Community Nursing Unit, Raheny) in order to ascertain overall compliance with all legislative provisions pertaining to fire safety. The successful tenderer shall be required to produce a valid compartmentation plan, supported by a written structural fire safety risk assessment relating to the Contracting Authority’s premises.
