DEASP currently owns 5 rigid build backdrops measuring approximately 3 meters by 3 meters and will require the tenderer to store these and to provide a service to the contracting authority for build and break of these backdrops at public events and/or trade events e.g. National Ploughing Championships, pregnancy and baby fairs, over 50's fairs etc. and other similar conferences and events. The tenderer must have the ability to provide a build and break service on demand, with an ability to provide this service with a minimum of 2 weeks notice prior to an event in Ireland
In addition to these backdrops, this storage service must also include the storage of associated event furniture (5 individual metre tall pods and 1 modular โEvolveโ counter measuring 3 metres by 1 metre approximately) when not in use at events.
