The scope of this tender in respect of Tax Consulting services includes the following but is not limited to:
โ new funding arrangements,
โ new infrastructure projects,
โ advice in relation to new company set-ups and group structure,
โ VAT, PSWT and RCT services,
โ capital allowances reviews,
โ employment tax services,
โ any additional tax compliance, preliminary tax advice, 46G or iXBRL Services.

Duration: 48 months
Description of options:
The Framework Agreement period will be for an initial duration of 4 years with the option to extend annually for up to an additional 4 years, subject always to the satisfactory performance of the supplier.
