The scope of this tender in respect of Tax Consulting services includes the following but is not limited to:
— new funding arrangements,
— new infrastructure projects,
— advice in relation to new company set-ups and group structure,
— VAT, PSWT and RCT services,
— capital allowances reviews,
— employment tax services,
— any additional tax compliance, preliminary tax advice, 46G or iXBRL Services.

Description of options:
The Framework Agreement period will be for an initial duration of 4 years with the option to extend annually for up to an additional 4 years, subject always to the satisfactory performance of the supplier.
