Provision of Video Wall and Professional Services Equipment to An Garda SIochána

An Garda Síochána

An Garda Síochána is seeking to deploy a video wall, estimated to be in the region of 10 m by 2 m, in Garda Headquarters in the Phoenix Park to support the provision of a Command and Control type facility. In addition, AGS reserves the right to draw additional equipment over the term of the contract(s) to deploy additional video walls of varying size in other key locations to support in in delivery its mission, which is to ‘deliver professional policing and security services with the trust, confidence and support of the people we serve’.
For all deployments AGS will look at the location, the functionality sought the technical requirements and costs in coming to a decision whether to draw the Video Wall from Lot 1 or Lot 2. As such, candidates must accept that even though they may be selected to supply goods under one of the Lots there is no obligation on AGS to draw any equipment from either Lot or there is a possibility that all equipment drawn could be from only 1 lot.
