“Eurofound is seeking to put in place a managed print services solution (MPS) following the expiry of the contract with the current service provider.”
Estimated value excluding VAT: EUR 250 000 💰
Future contractor will be expected to provide:
— a fully managed print services solution including management software for Eurofound’s main office in Dublin and in corresponding office in Brussels,
— multifunctional (printing/copying/scanning) devices — MFDs (including installation and configuration,
— consumables for MFDs,
— maintenance and proactive support of devices for restocking of consumables,
— reporting system providing data on all MFDs usage.
