The works to the wider park (Airlie Park) will be undertaken on behalf of South Dublin County Council by the main contractor will be the construction of a public park with approximately 11 hectares of area. It includes earth work, drainage works, hard and soft landscape works, sport facilities, a building with changing facilities and specialised works for playgrounds. The playground specialist will be novated as a specialist contractor to the main contractor.
