— administration of the schemes operated by Fáilte Ireland,
— preparing and setting out the required content of the financial statements, valuation basis for scheme assets and treatment of liabilities in line with FRS102.,
— transition the scheme data from the current service provider’s pension administration system and Fáilte Ireland’s IT system (CORE HR) to the tenderer’s pension administration system,
— assist with the transition of the services at the contract conclusion,
— ongoing relationship and contract management.
A detailed list of the services required is outlined in the tender documents. During the course of discharging the duties, the successful tenderer must ensure that all schemes comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
