The Provision and Support of Paediatric Implantable Cardiac Device Occluders: ASD/PFO including Delivery Systems, Guidewires and Sizing Balloons for Children’s Health Ireland at Crumlin. There are 2 lots: Lot 1(a): Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) Occluders and Patent Foramen Ovale (PFO) Occluders. Suppliers must be capable of supplying a minimum diameter range between 4mm to 40mm.
Lot 1(b): Occluder Delivery Systems. The Supplier must be capable of supplying sizes ranging up to Fr.12. Lot 1(c): Guidewires. The supplier must be capable of supplying guidewires of .035” x 260cm floppy tip on both straight and J-tipped configuration.
Lot 2: Sizing Balloons. The supplier must be capable of supplying the balloons in the following sizes: 18mm, 24mm and 34mm.
Tenderers should only apply for Lot 1 (a) (b) and (c) if they are capable of supplying all products in each sub-Lot. The Occluder Delivery Systems tendered must be compatible with the ASD and PFO Occluders tendered.
