The National Train Control Centre is a new 5 storey building with partial basement to be constructed at Heuston Station Dublin. This facility will become the signalling control centre for Irish Rail and will also house a number of other third party traffic control centres. The applicant can only name One (1) M&E contractor and in this regard the applicant must submit with this PQQ a legally binding letter of undertaking/letter of support from the named M&E contractor stating that should the applicant be successful and be awarded the contract, they, the M&E contractor will provide all the necessary resources and support to the applicant. The Letter must be duly signed by a person authorised to sign on behalf of the M&E contractor and must reference the M&E contractors details, the resources that will be made available to the applicant including reference to the project as specified on the cover of this PQQ.
