Scope of the procurement
Short description:
The scope of the distribution contract will be to provide on a national basis each of the following services:
— storage of disposable continence products in the service provider’s own facility,
— distribution of disposable continence products to Service User’s residences, healthcare facilities and HSE logistics distribution centers on a national basis,
— end to end IT Solution incorporating entry of patient data and orders by HSE staff, stock management, scheduling, pick and pack, dispatch, distribution, tracking, proof of delivery, invoices and management reporting, and
— customer service including delivery scheduling, communication, complaints and real time data extraction.
The scope of the tender includes the Irish Public Health System (HSE), Organisations funded by the HSE and the Irish Public Sector.
