The National Concert Hall (NCH), as part of the Earlsfort Terrace Cultural Quarter development, will consist of a 3 phased development involving major refurbishment of the complex. Phase 1 involves enabling works including works to pathology building, provision of temporary boilers, statutory approval for demolition of anatomy building, rationalisation of butler wings, relocation of NCH Restaurant and Call Centre.
