The contracting authority intends to establish a framework agreement with suitably-qualified and experienced medical service providers for the provision of an outpatient ‘see and treat’ model of care for between approximately 200 and 250 patients. Under this model, outpatient neurology appointments will be scheduled with all patients. It is anticipated that certain appointments will result in a care pathway potentially comprising a follow-up appointment, MRI and/or CT scans, electromyography tests and/or nerve conduction studies.
