MetroLink Property Owners Protection Scheme
Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII)
Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) wishes to procure condition surveys of private residential properties and other selected properties along the route of MetroLink, under the Scheme referred to as the property owners' protection scheme (POPS). POPS is a voluntary scheme that allows a residential property owner to register their property with TII. The contract will involve the establishment of a panel of 3 independent building surveying companies. From this panel the property owner may choose which company they wish to carry out a survey of their property.
