Short description:

Sligo County Council is seeking a design team to deliver the plaza as a state of the art, modern civic space with a linked trail of 2 lengths. One short trail of 1,5 km within Sligo town and a longer 8,5 km route to Carns Hill.

The successful landscape architect led design team will be responsible for detailed design, detailed cost estimate, the tender process and construction administration stages of the project. A more detailed description of the anticipated project stages is included in the sections below.

The architect led design team shall be proficient in providing a complete service that includes the following disciplines/services:

— buildings services engineers – (mechanical and electrical, including public lighting design, audio and visual, smart city capability),

— PSDP Services – (health and safety),
