This contract involves the overhaul and maintenance works for the water control equipment of the hydro portfolio in Ireland which is spread across 4 geographic locations.
The works compromise of annual, 5 yearly and 10 yearly inspection and overhaul works on both spillway and intake gates.
Visual inspection of the hydro water control equipment, mechanical and electrical repair, NDT and functional testing, scaffolding, paint work and surface preparation (grit blasting) if required.
Includes (but not limited to) bridge structures, spill/intake gates, gear boxes, chains, clutches, seals, rollers, headstocks, etc.
Duration: 96 months
Description of renewals:
5-year fwa with option to extend for further 3 years.
