Following on from the Prior Information Notice (‘PIN’) (TED reference 2019/S 189-458583), the National Treasury Management Agency (describing itself as the National Development Finance Agency) (the ‘NDFA’) for and on behalf of the Department of Education and Skills (as Sanctioning Authority) and the Higher Education Authority (as Sponsoring Agency) gives notice of its intention to procure, by Public Private Partnership (‘PPP’), the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of a number of new buildings at Higher Education Institutions in Ireland (the ‘Project Facilities’). Further information is available in the project information memorandum/pre-qualification questionnaire document as attached to this notice.
