Lot 1 is for plumbing and heating maintenance services for a 3-year period. This lot will be awarded to the overall highest-ranked tenderer;
Lot 2 is new installations and works estimated to be greater than seven thousand Euro (7 000 EUR) in value. All work under Lot 2 will be awarded by mini competition. All members, including the winner of Lot 1, will be invited, and will be eligible to tender for, all works under Lot 2.
