The provision of recruitment services to the contracting entity for general management/permanent/fixed term/contingency/agency and temp.
The scope of this lot is to cover recruitment requirements for general management, permanent, fixed term contingency, agency and temp categories of staff. This will include but not be limited to admin level roles to meet the demands of the organisation for a broad range of staff general management provide search and selection recruitment services across general management roles. It is expected that the successful organisation will be responsible for the full range of candidate search and selection activity including but not limited to advert placement and thoroughly researching the market place, through long listing and shortlisting, undertaking due diligence checks of candidates and providing feedback to candidates as required general permanent/fixed term/temporary/contingent/agency staff.
