The initial competition to establish this will be based on developing a masterplan for 38 acres in Sallins. The lands are located to the west of the town between the Grand Canal, new Sallins by pass Road and the river Liffey. The lands are to be developed to cater for the leisure and amenity organisations in the town, but also cater for informal passive and active recreation. The project will require the successful company to also provide the following additional services. These can be provided in house or by the use of contracted specialists.

— engineering services — civil, structural, mechanical and electrical services,
— quantity surveyor,
— architectural services — including both architecture and conservation architecture services,
— ecology services,
— arborist,
— administration services,
— CAD or similar services.
All these service providers which are required to implement the landscape design for the particular projects being tendered. The individuals, companies or partnerships required to provide these services will have to demonstrate that they have the required qualifications and experience to provide these services.
The initial competition is for services for stage:
(i) preliminary stage; and
(ii) design stage but future competitions using the framework may require services for stage;
(iii) tender action and evaluation stage;
(iv) construction and stage;
