The Framework Agreement will initially be issued for a term of one (1) year. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the term for a period of up to one (1) year with a maximum of three (3) such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authorityโs obligations at law. The term will not exceed four (4) years in aggregate.
