2) The closing date for receipt of queries concerning this stage of the competition is 16.8.2019 at 12.00 (noon Irish-time). All queries should be sent through the e-Tenders messaging facility;

4) At its absolute discretion, SFI may elect to terminate this procurement process or any contract awarded at any time;
5) It is anticipated that 8 applicants will be invited to tender subject to that number meeting the minimum requirements;
6) This competition is being conducted using the restricted procedure in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council;
7) This is the sole call for competition under this framework;
