ESB Generation and Trading (ESB G&T) is part of the ESB Group (ESB) and is responsible for the operation, maintenance (including overhauls) and management of multiple electricity generating stations in Ireland and Northern Ireland. As a result of a recent Atex review across the portfolio, a number of non-conformances have been identified which requires corrective action. As a result an Atex Repairs Framework Agreement is required.

The contract, at the sole discretion of ESB, may ultimately be awarded:
A) to a single contractor to provide all of the services to all stations;
B) to a panel of contractors to provide all of the services to all stations.

1) This is the sole Call for Competition for this service;
2) The Contracting Entity will not be responsible for any costs charges or expenses incurred by candidates or tenderers;

This shall be without prejudice to the right of ESB to cancel this competitive process and/or initiate a new contract award procedure at its sole discretion.
