Monaghan County Council proposes to commission the services of a suitability qualified, experienced and competent architectural or civil/structural engineering led urban design team to provide all required consultancy services to deliver the proposed regeneration and infrastructural elements for the South Dublin Street and Backlands Regeneration Scheme. The Urban Design Team will be required to provide all necessary professional consultancy services on a phased basis for the regeneration project. The appointed consultants shall also be responsible for performing the roles and duties of assigned certifier, designer and PSDP throughout all stages of the project and for performing the role of Employers Representative (ER) during the construction contract phase and handover phase.
