Appointment of a Construction Consultancy Team for Cork University Business School (CUBS) – New Facility. Provide the full range of consultancy services for the delivery of the contract including but not limited to the following.
— architectural services (including DAC, planning and landscaping design services),
— civil/structural and fire engineering services (including transport, mobility and environmental engineering services),
— mechanical and electrical engineering services,
— project supervisor design process (PSDP),
— employers representative (dedicated role).
The quantity surveyor will be a separate appointment direct to UCC.
The new CUBS building will provide c 17 000 m of space and will amalgamate and accommodate all components of the Cork University Business School which is currently dispersed at multiple locations on the UCC campus.
