Scope of services include the following:
— asset acquisition – freehold/leasehold — including identification and evaluation of properties together with issue of offers and negotiations,
— negotiation of leases, renewals, extensions of leases and expansions as required,
— advice in relation to the sub-letting, disposal and assignment or variation of existing leases,
— asset disposal — freehold/leasehold – including advice relating to value, methods of disposal, receipt of offers and negotiations,
— professional services including rent reviews and advice on landlord and tenant issues.
