The Framework will include purchase and fit out lots for LCV’s and HCV’s vehicles.
Ervia currently has a fleet comprising of approximately 500 vehicles, which is expected to grow to approximately 1 550 vehicles, comprising of 1,250 LCV’s, 100 4 x 4 SUV’s and 200 HCV’s over the duration of the contract.
Suppliers who are successful at PQQ and ITT stage will be appointed to the framework whereby annual mini tenders will be issued.
The supplier(s) will be given the opportunity to tender for the sole supply of the vehicle (less fit out) or the supply and fit out of the vehicle or fit out only.
