Description of the procurement
The scope of the work is the provision of survey and design, installation and maintenance and remote monitoring of security systems to Ervia and subsidiaries.
Ervia and its subsidiaries asset portfolio are located throughout the Republic of Ireland and therefore the successful tenderer must have the capability to deliver the suite of services required to all locations within the state.
Site security system requirements will vary from simple building intruder detection systems to complex integrated solution with intruder detection, CCTV, access control and other security related systems.
Ervia security system strategy is to take advantage of the integration of systems, both at a site level and between sites to realise opportunities for an improved control environment, operating efficiencies and cost savings.
The scope of work shall include but not be limited to:
โ maintenance and monitoring of existing security systems in the Ervia portfolio,
โ decommissioning and disposal of existing security related assets,
โ design, supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance of upgraded and new security system.
Including the execution of the role of PSDP and PSCS for these projects:
โโ intruder alarm systems,
โโ CCTV systems,
โโ fence detection,
โโ PIDโs,
โโ access control systems for non-commercial buildings,
โโ other security related systems as required.
โ remote monitoring of existing and new security systems by an approved Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) including remote site access control and the remote arming and disarming of sites;
โ ability to provide trunking and containment works including providing system connections to main supply, including all the certifications; etc.
โ investment in systems will be made on the basis of capital cost model with operational expenditure on maintenance and monitoring.
