The RSA previously held a competition for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the provision of academic-level qualitative research services.
Unfortunately, the RSA has had to collapse this competition as the successful tenderer was unable to accept the terms and conditions of the framework agreement issued with the RFT making the execution of the framework agreement not possible.
The RSA intends to commence a new competition for the required services in Q1 of 2020, which will be advertised on eTenders and in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU). No substantial changes are envisaged to the RFT or technical requirements, however, the RSA intends to revise certain terms of the framework agreement to make it more specific to research services.
