1) Removal of the text highlighted in green at the top of p.4 which reads as follows “Where a tenderer has been successful in being placed on this Framework Agreement, and is being offered a contract, the tenderer will provide in writing to the Department of Justice and Equality, a commitment not to tender for any future Framework Agreements, or Contracts, specifically for Accommodation services for persons seeking International protection with the Department of Justice and Equality in respect of the premises being offered in this tender”;
2) Removal of “until the minimum required provision of Service for 170 people is achieved” in the last paragraph of clause 1.3 on p.3;
3) Removal of “until the minimum required provision of Service for 170 people is achieved” in the last paragraph on p.30;
4) Removal of “until the minimum required provision of Service is achieved” in clause 5.1 on p.69;
