Quantity Surveying Services for the Provision of a CAT B Fitout at Three Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2

SEAI proposes to appoint a suitable Quantity surveying services consisting of suitably qualified and experienced resources including a Chartered quantity surveyor and all specialist services (Mechanical electrical building services quantity surveying, Life cycle costing and Value engineering and management) to provide full quantity surveying and cost management services throughout the design, planning and implementation of all subsequent contracts for the provision of a 2 500 m CAT B fit-out across 2 floors. The Quantity surveying services will be required for Preliminary stage, Detailed design stage, Tender, Construction and handover.
