The OGCIO wishes to extend the conferencing capability to and from external non Lync / Skype for Business industry standard multiparty conferences and endpoints, where the conference was both initiated internally and externally.

The following organisations currently use The Build to Share (BTS) Desktop:

— The Department of Finance,

— The Department of Public Expenditure and Reform,

— The Department of Rural and community Development,

— The Office of Government Procurement,

— National Shared Services Office

— The proposed solution must have the Capability to provide Audio and Video conferencing from the current internal Lync 2013 / Skype for Business endpoints maintained by the OGCIO IT Service Delivery Unit (including Lync Room Systems) to external industry standard enterprise multiparty conferences and endpoints (outside companies, agencies, Departments etc.),

— The proposed solution must have the Capability to provide Audio and Video conferencing from external industry standard room systems and endpoints (outside companies, agencies, Departments etc.) to current internal Lync 2013 / Skype for Business multiparty conferences and endpoints maintained by the OGCIO IT Service Delivery Unit (including Lync Room Systems)

— The proposed solution must have the Capability to provide Audio and Video conferencing from the current internal Lync 2013 / Skype for Business endpoints maintained by the OGCIO IT Service Delivery Unit (including Lync Room Systems) to external industry standard enterprise endpoints (outside companies, agencies, Departments etc.),

— Solution must be fully deployed on Premise.

Minimum requirements

Total Cost (excluding VAT)

Total Cost of the Proposed on premise System enabling connectivity between a Lync 2013 / Skype for Business deployment and external video and audio conferencing systems including all applicable licences with 3 year next business day support and maintenance warranty (assume concurrent 25 user sessions).
