1) Supply and erect wooden/concrete Insultated Toilet Space with lobby / Veranda area with associated works, Insulate and plaster to finish Paint and Tile of walls and ceiling and floor to finish install, fit out toilets x 2 and wash hand basin x 2 electrical and Plumbing works;
2) Supply, construct and erect wooden Classroom space of max 25 sq. m with electric and water supply;
3) Supply and fit fenced timber security enclosure, with entrance / exit gate;
4) Supply and plant hedging and indigenous trees to create interest / defined area and spaces for play;
5) Supply various wooden benchs, tables and sand pit.
