Short description
Lucan Swimming Pool will be a new single storey building comprising 3 219 m² of accommodation. The building will contain: 1 multi use pool with movable floor and 1 larger pool, plant rooms, gym accommodation, changing areas, public cafeteria and staff accommodation. The building is designed to have low energy use to comply with the draft Part L for non-domestic buildings and nZEB EU Directive. It will incorporate renewable energy sources. It includes all access, ancillary & welfare facilities, mechanical & electrical installations and all necessary carparking, public realm and site works.
