Prequalification of reserved movable floor specialists for Lucan swimming pool, Esker manor, Lucan, Co Ddublin. Lucan swimming pool will be a new single storey building comprising 3 219 m² of accommodation. The building will contain: 1 multi use pool with movable floor and one larger pool, plant rooms, gym accommodation, changing areas, public cafeteria and staff accommodation. The building is designed to have low energy use to comply with the draft Part L for non-domestic buildings and nZEB EU Directive. It will incorporate renewable energy sources. It includes all access, ancillary & welfare facilities, mechanical & electrical installations and all necessary carparking, public realm and site works.
