Submissions are sought from suitably experienced applicants who can demonstrate experience relevant to the required works and who can mobilise sufficient plant and labour resources to undertake and complete the project. The department intends to prequalify the top 6 ranked applicants.

Suitability assessment will be conducted on the basis of the criteria established in QW1 suitability assessment for works contractor and as PSCS, restricted procedure for the principal marine civil engineering contractor.
