The Contracting Entity intends to procure PPE Safety Boots for all ESB Network locations throughout Ireland. ESB Networks operates a Managed Needs Based PPE system and Boots will have to be delivered as needed to approximately 34 locations throughout Ireland within a 5 day turnaround or less if needed. The Contracting entity will appoint a single party framework member for each of the four lots.
Lot 1- ESB Networks Safety Wellingtons.
Lot 2- ESB Networks Safety Boot and Shoe.
Lot 3- ESB Networks waterproof leather safety boot.
Lot 4- ESB Networks safety boot for climbing wood poles using climbing spikes.

8) Without prejudice to the principle of equal treatment, the contracting entity is not obliged to engage in a clarification process in respect of questionnaires with missing or incomplete information. Therefore, candidates are advised to ensure that they return fully completed questionnaires in order to avoid the risk of elimination from the competition.
