An Post is seeking to enter into a Multi-Party Framework Agreement with 3-6 suppliers for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a period up to a further 2 years.
An Post is seeking submissions from interested parties regarding the provision of services relating to the personalisation and addressing of Elections Materials (Litir um Thoghchán:
Dail and Seanad free postage scheme). Successful suppliers will be appointed to a Framework Agreement to cover future elections requirements.
It is anticipated that any Framework Agreement will run for a period between 3 and 5 years to cover all future elections requirements including (but not necessarily limited to):
— General Elections,
— European Elections,
— By Elections,
— Referenda,
— Presidential Elections.
