Noise Insulation Contractors Framework

Dublin Airport is implementing a Voluntary noise insulation programme for eligible dwelling owners, schools and pre-schools buildings that are within the predicted noise contours.
The programme consists of a small number of projects that will be procured by the Contracting Authority by means of mini-competitions between eligible framework panel members.
The project will include multiple contracts required to deliver upgrade works for eligible schools and dwellings within the predicted noise contours, as determined by Dublin Airport and Competent authorities.
