The project involves the separate, independent but coordinated design of the 2 specific schemes for the N2 under a single Contract:
Scheme 1: N2 Ardee to Castleblayney (Approx 32 km);
Scheme 2: N2 Clontiberet to Border (Approx 28 km).
It will be a requirement that key members of the Consultants team shall be based in Monaghan Town. A full description of the services required by the Client is provided in Schedule B of the Tender and Schedule for the Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical).
