Multiple Operator Framework Agreement for Minor Works
Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art Design & Technology
Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art Design and Technology (IADT), together with the Institute of Technology Blanchardstown (ITB) and the Institute of Technology Tallaght (ITT) invites submissions from competent and reputable Contractors to become members of a Framework Agreement for Minor Works.
The works to be carried out under the Framework Agreement will comprise minor works projects including but not limited to:
— internal and external refurbishment works,
— painting and decorating,
— building fabric repairs and upgrades,
— civil works, enabling works,
— roof works and repairs,
— improvements to buildings and grounds,
— temporary accommodation,
— call out / day-works / emergency.
The time limit for receipt of tenders was 2018-03-20. The procurement was published on 2018-02-09.
