Multi-party Framework Agreement Supported Temporary Accommodation (STA) for Singles, Couples and Families

Dublin City Council / Dublin Region Homeless Executive (DRHE) is issuing an Invitation to tender to establish 2 (two) Multi-party frameworks tendered in separate Lots in relation to a contract for the operation and delivery of 2 distinct services.
Lot A: Supported Temporary Accommodation (STA) capacity for 50 people, comprising single men, single women and couples.
Lot B: STA Capacity for 30 families, comprising of Circa 90 people including adults and children. Each Framework will be for a period of 1 year with the option, at Dublin City Council / Dublin Region Homeless Executives reserved right to extend the frameworks annually up to a maximum of two (2) years where the total framework duration will not exceed three (3) years in total.
