The Development Site is expected to deliver approximately 1 000 — 1 200 residential units (subject to planning permission), with the exact number to be explored during the Dialogue Stage. The required tenure mix is anticipated to be 60 % private residential housing units, 20 % discounted private housing units and 20 % social housing units to be sold to the Council. The Council is seeking to identify an economic operator to work with it, to identify the optimal solution for the development of the site and to deliver it as efficiently as possible.
